At Pacific Crest Orthopedics we offer comprehensive fracture care from initial diagnosis with an X-ray to treatment for the healing of the fracture. For stable fractures that don't require surgery, splinting and casting are important modalities to immobilize limbs. Initial stabilization of a fracture is done with a splint for approximately one week depending on the fracture. Our team is professionally trained for splinting including short arm splint, ulnar gutter splint, radial gutter splint, finger splints, and lower leg splints.
